Approximate square meters
The estimated built area defines the system and the scale of the project. It doesn't have to be exact: an order of magnitude — 500, 2,000, or 5,000 m² — is enough for the first proposal.

Building use
School, hospital, industrial warehouse, offices, housing, or camp: the intended use determines the applicable codes, the design loads, and the recommended level of prefabrication.

Location and country
The project's city and country define the design code — NSR-10 in Colombia, REP-2021 in Panamá, IBC in the Caribbean — and the shipping logistics from the group plant.

Target timeline
When do you need the building up and running? Modular projects are delivered in 60–120 days; Steel Framing projects typically take 3–5 months from foundations.
